Simple Superfood Smoothies
Try our delicious, nutrient-rich superfood smoothies to refresh and refuel!
~ How to Make Them ~
Just add all the ingredients for the smoothie to the blender. Blend until smooth, add a li more ice to make your smoothies thick and icy.

Dragon Fruit Smoothie
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1 cup peach chunks
- 1 dragon fruit (frozen if you can’t find fresh)
- 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
- 1/3 cup favourite yogurt
- Ice

Strawberry Pineapple Smoothie
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup pineapple
- 1 Banana
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup spinach optional
- 1 Tbsp Chia or Flaxseeds
- Ice

Chocolate Blueberry Smoothie
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 Banana
- 1 Tbsp almond butter
- Ice

Tropical Tumeric Smoothie
- 1 orange, peeled (or orange juice)
- 1 peeled and sliced frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1/2 cup ice cubes

Peanut Butter Oats Smoothie
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 banana, peeled and frozen
- 1 Tbsp flax meal or hemp hearts
- 1/4 cup oats (gluten free if needed)
- 3 pitted Medjool dates or raw honey
- 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- Ice

Beet & Banana Smoothie
- 2 small or 1 big beet – red yellow, or both – peeled and cut into cubes
- 1 can of whole coconut milk
- 1 banana in small pieces
- 12-14 red seedless grapes
- 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 cup baby spinach or kale rinsed
